Forms of Tai Qi (Tai Chi)
Various schools have developed variations on postures and forms in Tai Chi, but the basic movements and principles still apply. Each person uses energy in his/her own way and I beleive that people can feel their energy and use it appropriately. Therefore when you learn forms, learn the general movement, but be open to feeling the energy and use and focus it appropriately.
